These sessions can bring the gift of experiencing more connection, a sense of being met on a deeper level, an inner freedom of expression and increased aliveness.

What is Transformational Connection? 
Through presence, embodiment and communication we explore the connection as it arises in the moment. Every experience we have is part of who we are and who we become. We enter the depth of the interconnectedness of humans (and life itself), explore what is here in ourselves  and what arises between us. The aim is not to get somewhere (although we do include longing & desires) and this is where the paradox comes in: when we stay truly with what is transformation happens. These practices can uncover hidden behavorial patterns that prevented us from experiencing a sense of connection aswell as provide deep nourishing moments in relationship with other humans. It allows us to experience new unknown places in ourselves and in connection inviting the wonder and mystery of this life.

What is Surrendered Leadership? 
Being built upon principles of the relational arts, like circling, the paradigm of Surrendered Leadership includes more. A wider space where you can explore how it is to be you, what your biggest truth is, each moment anew and give this the expression it wants.
There will be an ongoing invitation to be in presence, surrender to your immediate experience, while taking self leadership. the process will not be guided towards a predetermined outcome, it is a co creation of the relationship and group intelligence.

Why practice Surrendered Leadership?
Being in a Surrendered Leadership circle can bring up challenges, since we are often in contexts in life where there is a clear directionality. Here lies the opportunity to discover more of our habitual ways of doing and the beliefs we hold. There is a potential to find a deeper truth and empowerment to bring this in relationship, explore new ways of doing and being that will extend out into our lives and the world. This can give a sense of freedom, connection and aliveness.

In these 1 hour transformational Connection session we will explore connection as it is right now through simple, but powerful relational practices in like birthday Circling and Surrendered leadership.
